Remembering How To Fly- Do You Have The Tree? EDIT- Heart Of The Matter

Well, it's so much fun to have a product that features a swing on a tree- but after a DIM installation, there's no tree! Would someone download and check to see if you have it? I see the humor in it, I have a swing dangling in the air, grass, etc- no tree. (Not hiding under the ground plane either, I looked.)

Hey Novica. I've checked manually downloaded Poser version and there is no tree. It has bunch of grass, swingset and two pebble paths. Maybe tree came from another set? Without store page it is hard to tell but maybe it came from 'The Heart of the Matter' product?

Update: yup, there is a tree in 'The Heart of the Matter' and also a ground 'hill' for it to stand on, some heart-shaped grass and a heap of leaves.

That Set REQUIRES Heart of the Matter which is the BASE tree set.

    EDIT: beat to the Punch

Thank you! :) I have both. I didn't remember there was another product and did a DUH. It's even there in the page description (through the Product Library. I had used the Search function, which was a no-go. Thanks folks! If anyone doesn't have the first product, you can use Lisa's oak product (think it was Mighty Oak, or something like that)- if you have that.

Oh, wait a minute- it's Heart of the Matter that I have (it says HOM in Scene) and it says HOMTree and there's nothing there. So I am NOT losing my marbles. It's THAT which is missing the tree.

I am going to re-upload The Heart Of The Matter and see if it was in a batch that got interrupted a couple weeks ago (lost the connection to the site.) I do have HOM grass and it says HOM tree but there is NO tree.

I definitely have a tree with nice branches in Poser version of the 'The Heart of the Matter'. I didn't check DS version as it will require me to install the product, while I can view poser objs with Hexagon more easily.

Did you install the DS4.5, Legacy, or Poser version? What is the exact name of the file you loaded? When I load !HOTMPreload..duf the tree is there.

I've checked and in DS version (not legacy) there is definitely some major dsf data in HOMTree_37669.dsf, about 7.5Mb

The DIM is installing it (is in the middle of some downloads/installations) so I'll let it finish and then see if it got installed. I had forgotten that I lost connection a few weeks ago when it was in the middle of some downloads, so hopefully that is what the problem is. Thanks for trying to help, let me just see first if that is possibly the problem.

Heart of the Matter and Remembering to Fly. Are these still available ?

The only thing that comes up in the DAZ search are poses for Heart of the Matter.

LisaB pulled her products earlier this year. She now sells over at Hivewire3D.

Thank you Icprncss. Does anyone know why LisaB did this ? I mean wouldn't it be best
to have her products on both DAZ and Hivewire ?

I don't know what Hivewire's policy is, but DAZ certainly requires items to be exclusive (vendors may sell other items at other stores, but not the same items).

Oh. Ok then that is why Lisa left. Thank you Richard for that info.

I don't know why she left, but that's why she couldn't sell at both stores even if she wanted to.

I have the rhtf and the hom files, but I noticed I don't have some of them: I don't have: HOMLeaves01, HOMGrass01B and the HOMGrass01 files. Why? Could someone send me a copy of them please? Thank you!

No one can send you a copy of them. Re-download Heart of the Matter -- that has those files.

Re-Install from your Products Library all content you bought in the past is still there even if that content is no longer sold in the store. That is the only Legal way to get the files you are missing.

EDIT: I type way to slow, Mike beat me to the punch.

We are not DAZ 3D and NO users can send you a file they Bought. If you bought the content send a Support Ticket to Sales and ask them to help you. Only DAZ 3D can help you with this issue.

If you purchased the products here at DAZ, you need to submit a ticket to DAZ. If you purchased the product at Hivewire, contact their customer service.

Before you do, go to your products library if you bought it here. Manually download all the files for Heart of the Matter. Including DS legacy and Poser files.

Place the zips where you can find them. Unzip them and look at them. Since this product was created for DS3 and Poser use, you will probably find that many of the files are inside the runtime folder that resides inside the content folder. This is especially true for texture files.
