Moving to a new drive - "File does not exist"?

I have a 5TB drive onto which I am trying to move all my DAZ stuff.

I've installed a good amount of it, but when I attempt to access 99% of anything, I get this message. "Could not open file : <filepath> File does not exist". I browsed to the file location and indeed, it was there. (Snip for proof. The 'DAZ3DIM Content Path' folder is my own, to designate a filepath for DAZ3DIM.) Any ideas?

(Also: my My Library, where I store Renderosity stuff, is working just fine after I linked it in the Content Library directory.)

    If you look at one of the problem products in the Products tab of Smart Content what, if any, icon does it have at top-right?

    Here's a screencap because I am not exactly sure to what element/icon on the page you're referring. It appears I don't have an icon, but the Daz Connect elements says 'Work Offline'

    (EDIT: screencap isn't attaching)

    I meant the actual Victoria 7 product, without opening itt o see the files (by the way, there's no need to resize the image before attaching it - and it will then be easier for tose of us with aged eyes to read).

    @SaintOfTheDragons

    Did you change the path in the Content Directory Manager to match the new path?

  • I have not. Which of those content sets would I modify?

    There's no update icon in the corner, if that's what you're asking.

    I had to resize the image because it wasn't attaching, God-knows-why. It seemed to work, but I'll keep the viewing parties in mind.

    No icon at all or just no Update icon?

    Then DS is showing it as having been installed through Connect, which means the manual/Install Manager files in your first screen shot will not be used. Did you change the location of the Connect data directory?

    Just did today, that fixed it. Now all that's left is to reinstall the broken files. Thanks for all the help, guys!

    @SaintOfTheDragons "I have not. Which of those content sets would I modify?"

    If installing with DIM, or manually, if would be the DAZ Studio Formats path. Note that the Install path setting in DIM would need to be identical. Studio and DIM do not communicate.
