Help with Bison Mat (or whatever makes it look "real")
Man I'm waaaaay out of the daz game. I played around with it a lot maybe 10 years ago but so much has changed since them. I am trying to do some posing with the 3D Bison (the basic $9.95 item) but I need to render it fairly realistically.
As it stands, it looks like the photo attached. What I am doing wrong--how do I apply the realistic image layer or whatever I need to make it look real?

Have you tried rendering - the screenshot (which I had to remove as the human figure was nude) looked like a screen shot.
oh sorry about that, I can't get the "fantasy wrap" to work either, lol. Here is the render (I've censored it), as you can see the mats are not applying to the hair nor the buffalo.
Adding bars, or scribbles won't work. You don't really need the human to show this, but if you want to leave her give the basic Wear top and bottom or similar.
There is a Bison Map material set, the base just uses solide colour. However, I can't say it renders terribly well out of the box so it's still going to require a fair bit of work.
