Trademarks and Commercial Selling

I am a total DAZ addict, and use it for everything in my business. However, I create end products with renders and would like to understand trademarks. I see amazing sets that come out, only to see they are identical or too close to identical to not trample on copyrights. I'd love to know about. I'm having to skip a lot of products from that issue :(

When PAs submit a product to Daz they give an undetaking that they have the rights to do so. If you feel soemthing is crossing the line from inspiration then you will need to avoid using it (at least in contexts where that might be an issue) - unfortunately it's not somethign anyone else, especially on the forum, can decide for you, though if you have doubts you should certainly cinsult a suitably-qualified legal adviser.
