Question about sale/returns

Obviously today all DAZ items are on sale, so I want to rebuy a few of the things I recently bought to receive the discount (you can't just get them to give you the difference back I assume?) ? My question also is first, what do I do to get the money back from the previous purchases, and also, if I used $6 coupons - one was the PC coupon, another must have been from one of the sales bc they are both in November) do I get them back either to credit to use again or credit for the full order or do I just lose them?

Usually I just ask for a refund of the difference, which takes into consideration coupons etc. Britney and crew are great at working things out, although I usually break it down in detail. Customer support has always been excellent in my experience, and I've pesterd them a lot for difference refunds over the years!

Having said that, with one day and flash sales, and if your funds will stretch to it, you might want to purchase the items a second time and then ask for a refund for the earlier orders. Point out that you used your PC coupon or whatever and I'm sure credit will be given. Britney will sort you out. :-)
