Problems creating clothing for Genesis/Victoria 5
Hello everyone, newbie here :)
So I'm attempting to make a very simple top for the Genesis figure and adjust it for Victoria 5.
I've been following the tutorial here (part1) and part 2 as well as trying the one here
While the base clothing mesh does fit to Genesis fine, when I try to fit it to V5 using either of the above methods it is messed up as if the morph deltas are applied twice.
Here's the steps I've taken
Load in the meshes, both the base and the V5 one for comparison: 01RawMeshes.jpg
Convert the top mesh to a sub-d object
use the Transfer Utility between the top and genesis: 02TransferTopToGen.jpg
this works out fine
add the V5 morph to the genesis figure, and the top morphs along with it in an expected way (looks ok, but needs tweaking): 03GenesisMorphed.jpg
saved it out at this point (many iterations ago) tweaked it, and the results can be seen on the other Victoria 5 figure
Use the Morph Loader Pro to load in the replacement deltas for the V5 morph for the top: 04MorphLoaderProSettings.jpg
Aaaaaand the result: 05MorphLoaderProResult.jpg
Attempting to transfer the tweaked mesh to V5 directly has the same result (with the V5 figure having the applicable morph noted)
Any ideas what may be causing this issue?
Thanks for any help.

Did you set scaling on V5 to 100% before starting the modeling and subsequently the conformation process? It needs to be at 100 to work properly and needs to be modeled against that scale.
Ah, I did not, I shall attempt that.
It seems to have worked, thank you very much :)
No problem, I'm glad it was that easy!

It usually is the simple things that get us, especially when just starting out.
