Edit -> Backdrop?

New user. Following tutorials, but they're outdated. Where is Backdrop image located in the menu, these days? It used to be Edit -> Backdrop

Window>Panes(Tabs)>Environment, then set the Type to Backdrop and you can select eh colour and image.
