PostgreSQL Connection Error...

Hello,

I've just installed DAZ 4.11 for Win 64 on Windows 10 + the following components : 1) default resources for DAZ studio 4.9+ ; PostgreSQL CMS for win 64 but when I run DAZ,I get the the error that u see on the image that I have attached. I tried to do several things to fix it,such as to reboot the PC and the steps explained here : https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/207812393-PostgreSQL-Connection-Error-and-No-Smart-Content ; but nothing helped. Can someone guide me,please ?
