How to hide body parts segment in render?

I wanna hide the entire body (in render and stage), but the right arm need to stay. Is there any way to hide others body part at once, instead of selecting one by one? E.G: If I wanna hide the entire hand, I need first hide every finger separated. Well, if the fingers are inside the hand segment, hiding the hand should also hide the fingers (logic)!

Say you want to hide the right hand, fingers, thumb, etc...

• Select the right hand in the scene tab.
• Right click on it, and select "Select > Select Children". This will select all the finger bones etc.
• Switch to the Parameter Tab.
• Select "All" on the left hand side of the tab, then set the "Visible" property on the right to "Off". This will make the whole hand invisible.
