Images Not Rendering

I've been off Daz Studio for a few years and today I decided to get back into and I upgraded to 4.11. I even did the tutorials again just to refamiliarize myself. When I went to render my work, the render window popped up but it instantly went to "save" as if the render had completed. Except there was no rendered image.

Any one have this issue?

You probably need to update your drivers from nVida, to at least 419.x
