Cannot sign licensing agreement

At the bottom of the licensing agreement it says I must sign in to sign the agreement, but I'm already signed in. I tried different browsers, disabled my security software, to no avail. What's the trick?

Have you tried logging out and back in? If that doesn't work you may need to open a Sales support ticket.
