Unable to Run Scripts

Hello. Ever since I switched from the beta version of DAZ Studio to the new non-beta version of DAZ Studio, I've been unable to run scripts. I've had this problem with the Look-at-Me script and RSSY 3Delight to IRAY converter. I've had this problem regardless of whether there was a character in the scene and that character was selected when I tried to run the script. The DAZ Studio version says 4.11. The scripts were installed using the Smart Content pane. I also tried installing them from the DAZ Install Manager and that didn't make a difference. I have attached a screen capture to show the error message. I have also attached a logfile. I deleted the previous logfile just before running the script, and this is the logfile that was created when I double-clicked the script again. So everything in it was written to the logfile just after I clicked on the script. Actually I have no idea if I successfully attached the logfile so I will copy and paste it below.

These scripts worked in the past, and I've tried reinstalling them. If anybody can help me with this, that would be appreciated.

Looks like a problem reading the file. Are the content directories listed in the same order in both versions of DS?

I don't know. I don't have the other versions of DAZ Studio installed anymore. But I have now attached a screen capture of the content directory settings. Also, when I right-click the script's icon in DAZ Studio and choose "Browse to File Location", it opens a folder with the scripts and .png files in it. Double-clicking the script in that folder launched a second instance of DAZ Studio that produced the same error as the first. The scripts were installed using "DAZ Connect". I've also tried installing them using "DAZ Install Manager". I got the same errors every time.

I noticed in the log file it says on the first line there is a script error, and it can't read a variable. And that variable name appears to be a character that wouldn't typically be a variable name. It made me wonder if the file was somehow not being decrypted and it was trying to parse the encrypted data rather than the decrypted data. I also vaguely remember having a problem like this before, and fixing it by changing some plugin setting. But the memory is too vague for me to be sure.

Sometimes Connect will failt o decrypt the downloaded content, but I don't think that can be the case here as the thumbnails are showing correctly (the few times that has happened to me it has affected every single file in the product). Try uninstalling the Connect version and install with DIM instead.

Looks like you are trying to run the DAZ Connect version of the script,  Before this can happen DAZ needs to download its decryption keys.

Make sure you are logged onto your DAZ Account through the DAZ Studio software before trying to run the script,  This will then allow DAZ Studio to download its dycryption keys (you only need to do this once per DAZ Connect Product).

It should not be possible to install through Connect without being validated - in which case everything will be decrypted

This worked. I don't understand it because I believe I tried this a few days ago and it didn't work. But it's working now.
