    A tragic loss to be sure, but I won't have a cry. When you think of all the things he did, all that he saw accomplished and the way he rose from the lowest of lows, to the highest of highs, and that's not even considering the age that he lived to, despite the abuse to body and mine he endured during his captivity, I say, rest in peace. you deserve it.

    Nelson Mandela was a giant of 20th century statesmanship - up there with the likes of Franklyn Delano Roosevelt and Winston Churchill.

    A great man who achieved great things using compassion and human decency to do it. What more can you ask for in a life, live until your nineties, and make a difference in the world that the rest of us will never forget.
