Posette Poses to G3 & G8?

Is it possible to convert poses created for Posette (P4 Woman) to Genesis 3 and 8 poses? I've seen references to animation conversions, but not poses

    In principle, though the different bones might require some juggling, but I'm not aware of a tool to do it.
