The only way I know is to send the artist a PM here on the forums, but there's no guarantee this particular artist is a member of the forum, though more than likely s/he is.

I looked at that one. But they don't look the same. Unless you can use a morph to do the major cut-off like in the picture I referenced.

Maybe created by 3D-Age at renderosity he has some of those pants (looking like those pants) the texture must be by one of the other artists creating textures for his clothes.
