NVIDIA iray render blank?

Hello,

i didin't use Daz for long time and i had an issue with the soft my smart content wasn't appearing, i couldn't fix it so i uninstalled the soft and installed it again, it fixed my problem but another problem appeared, my NVIDIA iray render doesn't work at all, when i click on render there is absolutely no waiting time and i can save the picture already, but there is no picture, it's all transparent.

when i choose 3delight it's working, i just put a character standing on a plane as a ground yeah it works but i don't see anyshadow casted on that plane (don't know if it's normal with 3delight).

    I'm having a similar problem with 4.11 (Release and Beta) and have a ticket in just now. Can you do a render in iray (get the Blank box) and then just hit Render again - see if the image appears. That is what happen to me.

    What driver version do you have? Iray in DS 4.11.0.383 requires at least 418.831

    Run a test render. Right after the render, open the log file and scroll to the bottom. There should be a clue as to why the render failed. 

    You can find the log file by selecting Help->Troubleshooting->View log file

    Hello ! sorry for the long time without reply

     

    i tried lots of thing and nothing worked at all, but i had a few problem with my windows 10 so i just reinstalled it without deleted my files, and my windows problem got fixed and... my daz 3d is fixed too ! i don't know why but the issue i had was from my windows i guess?

    it wasnt a driver problem i had the last one, 3dreamer maybe you can try that for your problem if your issue is not fixed.
