Downloaded items in DIM showing as "Ready to Download"

I've recently begun having the problem that certain assets simply will not install with the DIM.  They consistently fail.

What I later discovered was that when I opened up Daz these uninstalled items would show up greyed out in the Content Library and if I clicked the thumbnail I could install them there; however they still show up in the DIM as "ready to download".

Is there anyway to clear this out and show them as installed in DIM in case I have to change folders or uninstall and reinstall them from the application at some future date?

In the Download Filters list, which you can launch from the button on the Ready To Download tab, uncheck Connect Installed - it's at the bottom of the list, or nearly so.
