Categorizing Unassigned Content

So I am once again back on trying to get my Content Library under control. I started creating categories but I am having issues because I see some products that are in three different places such as Material and Pose but look like they are the same items.

Any thoughts?

Some products have been split into separate packages (zips) for different software versions, but some have everything all together -- for example, some have the DS material presets as "sidecar" files in the Poser-format Pose or Materials libraries, others have them in the DS-format section. For DS4.6, if there are sidecar files in the Poser Materials library (indicated by a scroll symbol in the upper left corner of the icon), then you don't need the ones in the Pose library; if they are in the DS-format section then you don't need the Materials library. Note that the Poser Pose library can contain a lot of different things: material settings, morphs, or real poses -- you will still want the morphs and poses even if you don't need the materials.

For simplicity, I have a separate category (named zzzother so it will always be at the bottom of the list) into which I categorize files like these, just in case I made a mistake and need them after all.
