Creating D-force Fur?

[Creating D-force Fur?] Is there a way to do this?  I'd like to add Dforce fur to a furless creature.

You can create strand-based hair - Create>New Strand based Hair - but only PAs creating content for the Daz stire have the ability to turn it into dForce hair.

That begs the question then of how one becomes a PA with access to dForce tools?
