Upgrade Option for FaceShop 8EZ Mac?

Does an Upgrade option exist for FaceShop 8EZ Mac?

The Windows version has an upgrade path and previous when previous newer Mac builds of FaceShop were released an upgrade version was sold on the DAZ site.

I'm a dual PC & Mac user , primarily PC,and I've always upgraded FaceShop In the past when a new version came out.

    Support seems pretty lacking and disappointing with these guys.

    I purchased v7 for MAC last year just before it was announced that the new version 8 was coming out for Windows. I have tried repeatedly to get an answer on how to get an updated version since there was an upgrade offered for Windows 7EZ users. Not too thrilled with these guys at this point.

    Yes, there's an upgrade from FaceShop 7 Mac to FaceShop 8 Mac.
    And how did you try to get an answer, por favor? We have a tech support email (info at ablonellc.com) and also a phone number: 650-302-0894. We currently do not have mindreading services yet.

    I have actually posted several times in this forum to which you have never responded. I also have emailed you directly in response/reply to my original purchase order and never received an answer. But thank you for providing your technical support phone number.

    DAZ Forum = nice place.
    Abalone LLC = the publishers of Faceshop.
    Since you have Faceshop 7, please open your manual, or a the several links in Faceshop to see how to contact Abalone LLC (hint: it is not through the DAZ forum). As far as emailing to info at abalonellc.com - we answer EVERY email. Thanks.
