Problem with Merlin's Japanese Tea Garden

I purchased Merlin Studio's Japanese Tea Garden a few weeks ago, but I did encounter a problem.  When I opened up the scene, the items showed, but there were no textures on the items.  What can be done to make the textures show?

Or do the textures come with another set?

Textures are listed as included. How did you load the set? It does say there are DS materials, but, given its age, those will be set up for 3Delight I would think.

I double-clicked the set in my Content Library, and it loaded, but without the textures.  Could the set have been designed for older versions of DAZ Studio and not compatible with the current version?

I checked my installation and both the DAZ Connect and DIM installers are missing texture files. They are in the product's Poser installer. The proper solution would be to report the problem to Customer Service via a Help Ticket so they can add the texture files to the DS Installers.

My fix was to copy the texture folder from the Poser installer into your runtime/texture folder.  This fixed my DAZ Connect installed product too.

That looks to be correct "This product includes one full Poser/DS installer and one installer with a DAZ Studio scene."
