Genesis 2 clothing on Genesis 1 ?

When I try to fit Genesis 2 clothing to Genesis 1 auto-fit doesn't let me choose "Genesis" as the source figure, and it usually works poorly regardless. Is this the expected behavior ? wasn't G2 clothing made to work with G1 using auto-fit ?

You need the clone shapes. Genesis 1 was not updated with clone shapes for the Genesis 2 Female or male, so Sickleyield made one commercially for Genesis 2 Female, and I think the Genesis 2 Male is in testing.
