Have created a gallery but cannot put it public?

Hi,
today I put the first pic in my gallery...but the child gallery is "auto private" and I can only put it "private" but not "public"....maybe the reason why my pic doesn't appear in the User Gallery?....
ugh...I am feeling very blond today.....:roll:

    Try uploading to your RootGallery, those appear to be public.

    Yes, thank you. I drag the pic in the root gallery and it appeared in the User Gallery...
    But I wonder why I cannot put a child gallery public..... I opened a support ticket...
