White clothes

Hi, I bought teen josie and a charlene bundle yesterday. After loading josie, i tried to put charlene closet clothes on her via wardrobe. Everything I tried to put on her turned white and i could not apply any material. I tried rendering and it also came out white. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

    How about Teen Josie - does she look right, i.e. in color?

    And can you apply new materials to her, e.g. a new eye color?

    Yes she herself seems fine. It just seems to be any clothes i add

    Have you tried other types of clothes - and with the same result?

    In your viewport, is it there set to 'texture shaded'?

    If you then select the clothes item and open the surface tab. In there select one of the clothes surfaces, with one of th top settings being 'Base Color' (see picture).

    And if you in there click the color bar and select any other color than white, does it then change your preview?

    Do they maybe have separate material loads?

    its not common now but a couple of sets I own for even Genesis 8 do

    Ill check all of that stuff. Im used to it loading all of the textures when i apply it from wardrobe. But it does however do it with any clothing I choose.
