How to save custom import settings?

Is there anyway to save the custom import setting?

The save is dimmed out.

    The only time that is usually grayed out is if you select one of the default presets or a user preset.

    Is the 'custom' option upper or lower case?

    if it's lower case than that means it's a user created preset

    Select the Custom option from the top of the list and the save preset should become available.
