Lighting tutorials

I want to improve my interior lighting and I am looking for a good tutorial (simple and clear) explaining how to achieve good render results.

Any suggestion ?

In the store Dreamlight has some tutorials, e.g. https://www.daz3d.com/how-to-light-interiors-like-a-pro--video-tutorial , anmd there are a couple from the Ditial Art Live team

I've not tried any of these, however.
