Ordering Properties in the Parameters Pane

I have a model of an amp that has a bunch of ERC freezes for the control dials and the power cord and I am trying to make sure that the order they appear in is logical for the end user. At the moment one of the dials is appearing at the bottom of the list and It would be better if they were all grouped together so I would like to move it up to the other ones.

How do you change the order of the parameters in the parameters pane?

They are, to the best of my knowledge, listed in alphabetical order by their groups listed in alphabetical order, for as many levels of group as you have. So chnage the name to get the order you want or use sub-groups.

  • The parameter naming convention is, primarily, alphabetical.

But, the progression is symbols>numbers>Upper Case>lower Case.

That is, ! will be above 1 will be above A will be above a.

There are a couple groups that won't change position, General and Rigging.

General will always be at the top and rigging at the bottom.

If the final product is in daz studio format, DSF, be sure to save any of the modfied assets as such, File>Save As>Support asset>Save modifiec asset.
