Good night-time Skydome?

I'm rendering a scene at night, and I have all the essentials (buildings, distant light, etc) in the night-time mood. All I need is a darker blue night-skydome. Here's an example of what I mean:

Are there any skydomes like that available? I need one at about 4000+ for the size
