I was gonna leave this in the poser section, but that forum seems to be pretty dead, so i'm going to try my luck here.
In Poser Pro 2012 SR3.1, on a particular scene, after rendering 2 times, on the third render i get the following error:
"Can't Load Texture: Bad File"
I have to close poser and re-open it to render the scene again, where the error happens again after 2 times. Does anyone know what is causing this?
This seems to have happened as well when GhostofMacbeths Warorc is used.

Sounds like a memory leak in Poser to me. How much RAM do you have?
I got 4 gigs, but i have characters that are more memory intensive. And looking at the task manager, it never even goes over 1 gigs. It seems to be linked with the war orc losing his head morphs.
In poser pro 2012 SR3.1, when you save a scene with war orc, then re-open the scene, he loses his head morphs and you have to reinject them. So i tried out a few tests.
First i tried using the exact same scene, without reinjecting his head morphs. I can render fine as many times as i want.
Then i tried using the exact same scene, reinjecting his head morphs back, and after 2 renders, "bad texture"
And it only happens on this particular scene. I've seen this error with the war orc before, but i just reverted back to an older save and it went away. But if it was a memory leak when you re-inject the war orc head morph, how come it only happens sometimes, but not others O_o It just seems weird.
