How can I remove deleted files from Smart Setup

I attempted to delete DAZ Studio completely and start over.  But, but when I click on the Smart Set up tab and "Saved Files", it still shows those files, but as deleted.  Why is it showing me deleted files?  And how do I remove them from the Smart Set up tab?

Find the same files in the Content Library, under the Categories list, right-click>Remove Reference.

Richard, I am having trouble here.  I have looked in my files and folders, done searches and cannot find a content library folder.  I have gone in under File, preferences, and clicked the content tab.  But, that gives me no files or categories.  Exactly where am I supposed to be searching?

In the Content Library pane, under Categories, go to the Saved Files category and you should find the same entries - right-click on those and select remove Reference.
