Pixelated, jagged, edges in Daz 4.11

I originally rendered this character test render in Daz 4.10, but when I rendered it again in 4.11 I got the rough, pixelated, edges you see in the one on the left. I was going to ask what was causing this, but then I stumbled onto the problem. When I turn off the Noise Degrain Filtering the render looks fine. I decided to post this anyway, because I don't think that's what Noise Degrain Filtering is supposed to do, (perhaps it's a bug), but if other people are having this issue, at least this is a fix.

I'm not seeing the "rough, pixelated, edges".
What I see is in the bright reflective light on the side of the face the noise degrain is removing what isn't noise making the light patchy.
Thanks so much !
That just helps alot.
It fixed the pixelstair effect .
Yeah, you have to view it full size to see it, it's most obvious on his right cheek, the edges of the ears, and the shadow of the shirt on his skin.
Glad it helped, I assumed I wasn't the only one encountering this problem.
