Kepler is the oldest micriarchitecture iRay supports. So right now yes but Nvidia could end support for Kepler at any time.

I would get the Titan X for four reasons:

    1. The Titan X is the top end Maxwell card so it will be supported by Iray for much longer than the Kepler based Titan Z
    2. The Titan X uses alot less power 250W vs the Titan Z that rated for 375W
    3. The Titan X has 12GB of VRAM dedicated to the GPU
    4. The Ttian X is a single GPU (See bellow for explanation)

The Titan Z is actualy two GPUs crammed onto a single card...  So what you are getting is 2 x Geforce GTX Titan Black cards with a 184MHz clock speed reduction and only 6GB of VRAM each.  This means that you will only have 6GB of VRAM (even though it was marketed as a 12GB card) for Iray rendering because the cards do not pool VRAM resources.  The computer and Daz Studio will see it as two independent cards with an SLI bridge installed.
