3D Universe toon generations conforming clothing

Hi All,
I have tried to conform clothing that i hav made in lightwave 3d saved out as a .obj file and tried to conform the object to the developer pack object supplied by 3D Universe and hec if I can't figure this thing out! Can anyone point me to a good step by step tutorial?

In which application? The figures are in Poser format, DS can do that but most of the tutorials are on creating native DS 4 weight-mapped rigging (which is a different process).
I am using Daz Studio 4.11 the instructions I have are for Daz Studio. I have attached the .PDF to the post for you to see what I am going through. I think there is some sort of step missing or it could just be user error on my part?
I've deleted the PDF as it is, I think, part of the product and not for sharing with others.
Thenisntructions are for DS 3, in DS 4 you use the Figue setup pane. Geoemtry List and Relationships remain the same, make sure Rigging Type at the top is set to Parametric(Legacy) - I think it should be after importing the skeleton. Theer will, as I recall, be a Modify Selected figure check box that should be selected to apply the changes to the donor figure. It's been a while since I have done this, is that enough to get you started?
