Can I refund an item?

I bought this item thinking its the character because of how it's named  (misleading) and it turns out its just the outfit

Yes.   Daz is proud of their 30 day refund policy

You just need to submit a help request and ask for the refund. They usually process it quickly, and the refund will be made in store credit, unless you request that it be refunded to the credit card you paid with, etc.

I think this was likely the G3F character used in the promos: https://www.daz3d.com/ps-tia the Bast Bundle is the outfit and hair, no character. But yes, you can get a refund if you bought it within 30 days.
