How do I transfer saved file presets (poses, characters, materials) to another computer with Daz?
Copy Pasting the files to the Daz Presets folder wasn’t working.

Characters and Material presets need to have the items that are used in them transferred over to the other computer. So any texture maps, morphs etc. would need to be moved over as well. Poses shouldn't need anything unless they are Hierarchical Poses that affect props/clothing items.
Presets should just copy over if the unerlying assets are installed. However, unless you also copy the userdata fils across and reimport metadata they will not appear in any Content Management System views (Smart Content pane, Presets tab of proeprty panes, Categories or products in the Content Library) but only in the Content Library under Daz Studio Formats>Content directory used>folders used
