Select the ball, go to Surface Tab, and change Cutout Opacity to Zero.
select the ball(s) in the viewport, look in scene tab and click the eye icon to hide the balls.
If they aren't setup for iray the surface tab option will be opacity strength.
Many products like this have an option in the Pose folder to hide the balls via double clicking on the particular icon in content library tab.
If the outfit is still fitted to the figure it was made for the spheres (which are posing handles) should be selectable and hideable as bones. If you have AutoFitted it to a different figure then the speheres will no longer work as posing handles and will have to be hidden through the Surfaces pane, or you could rerig the figure to again make them bones and able to adjust the clothing, or you could just use the Geometry Editor tool to select them (click, ctrl(Win)/cmd(Mac) * to select all connected, right-click>Geometry Editing>Delete Selected).
