Panda Bear by AM hair not rendering

I have attached the cute bear showing half rendered and half not :(
I reinstalled LAMH paid version and re-opened Daz Studio 4.10.
Can you guys tell me what I am doing wrong?
Thank you so much!!

You are rendering in 3Delight, aren't you? I see the lights are set up for 3DL, but could the Render Setting have been set back to Iray?
The default D|S lights don't work that way, they automatically switch modes when the Render Engine setting is switched. The only way to see for sure is to look at the top of the Render Settings pane.
I don't think UberEnvironment1 switches, and that is listed
Oh, dear....this is where you can tell I do not know what I'm doing!!!
I was able to render the Artic Fox through the Look at My Hair Catalyzer.
I will re-download the Polar Bear and see if there is a Catalyzer compliant figure with that.
If not, then I am not certain what to do.
Actually, all you've done up to this point is to lad the Rman curve which are just hair guides. There's nothing there yet TO render.
Pose your critter first with just the guides. They'll update in a second or so. Once your happy, click on that to OBJ button. Go get coffee 'cuz it will take some time depending on size of figure, number of groups, etc. LAMH will write out the hair as obj's & import into Studio.
Those are the renderable hairs but are no longer posable.
The Rman guides (green ones) ARE still posable
That should get you going but reading the PDF docs ( I make notes in my copy). They aren't fully up to date but the main concepts are the same.
Have fun in all cases.
You can not preview nor spot render regular LAMH presets in Nvidia Iray preview mode, but you can spot render in any 3Delight shaded mode. To render in Iray, you need to export as .obj and re-import, as mdwhitney says.
You can not preview LAMH Iray Catalyzer presets in Nvidia Iray preview mode, nor can you spot render. You must render the whole scene from the Catalyzer panel.
The four Bear cubs all have LAMH Catalyzer presets. The adult Polar Bear from AM does not have a Catalyzer preset.
The lighting method is not relevant to the ability of the fur to be rendered, only whether it is lit so that you can actually see it.
Thank you all so much! This is a lot of wonderful information I am going to put to use. I am very late to this wonderful world of furry animals. I purchased them, but, as I said before, was too afraid to use DS.
