I cleared my cookies and cache, cart is empty, but still cannot add item

I seem to have a problem adding Camera Magic: SketchCam Basic to my shopping cart. I have emptied my browser cache and deleted cookies, logged out and re-logged in, etc etc. My shopping cart is empty but the system still refuses to let me add this item. it says the maximum number I can add is one. But there is nothing in my cart !

    Just add another random item to your cart. Then, the "lost" item will show up, and you can delete the other random item again.

    The error always shows up when you haven't logged in that day to DAZ, add a single item to your cart, then log in. I've tested this out, and the error can be reproduced that way.
    The bug is known to CS, but it doesn't seem that there's a solution planned, outside of the workaround of adding a second item.
