An item won't install

My computer got corrupted and I had to perform a hard recovery. I had to reinstall everything from scratch. Everything installed except for Dynamic Clothing Control for Daz Studio 4.5+ (win 64-bit) public build. What am I doing wrong?

    Unless you kept a copy of the Dynamic plugin for DS4.5 you will need to contact support. The file that downloads now is for DS4.6.1.39 and will not install to DS4.5.

    This is one of the files that was downloaded by the install manager. The version of Daz Studio I have is 4.6.1.39 Pro Edition (64-bit).

    Dynamic clothing control for Daz Studio 4.5+ (win 64-bit)--(without public build) did install though.

    Public Build is the Public Beta -- if you didn't install the beta, that one won't install.
