Platinum Club Question

Hi - I've finally decided to go down the Platinum Club path. One of the big draws for me is the 30% discount on Daz Originals. Does that mean every Daz Original? For example, I'd like to buy Ellithia 8 which is currently selling at $44.95. How do I claim my 30% discount? I'm logged in & I've placed it in my shopping cart but there is no 30% discount showing - only the full price. Can anyone tell me how I can get the 30% discount applied? Thanks!

    Are you sure your membership is active? You're not showing as a PC+ member on the forum.

    Hi Ati - I joined PC+ a couple of days ago. I've attached a screenshot showing me as 'active'. Am I supposed to take further steps to take advantage of the discounts?

    Hi Ati - I've also just tried using coupon code 07-19PlatClub to see if I could get $6.00 off Ellithia 8 & received a message; 'Coupon code "07-19PlatClub" is not valid'. Somethings not right, I think? I've also pressed the 'Go to Members Only Forum' but that sent me to my 'Recent Orders' page. I'm assuming I should have ended up in the Members Only Forum....

    Do you only see that one coupon? If so, then something with your account is not right. There should be two coupons there. Please contact customer support, and they will sort it out. https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

    You are not registering as being a Platinum club member...  

    If you are a member then you need to add that to your ticket

    Good.   It will be another couple opf hours till someone is there in  DS,  but hopefully they will deal with your ticket soon after that.   Tickets are dealt with in order.
