Valid PostgreSQL CMS connection could not be established

Last night my power went out and Daz was up. Ever since, I get this announcement. I'm on a MAC. It says check your network, anti-virus, and firewall, which I did, but I didn't find anything. Help?

Check folder permissions, especially on the Content Cluster directory (see Daz Studio>Prefrences>CMS Settings).
