Problem with Easy Environments: Clouds

I'm trying to create an aerial scene and I can't get the Iray version to work.  I have 3DL Props and Iray Renders.  I click on the Iray ones and nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong?

    Are you rendering? The Iray version is HDRIs which do not show in a normal preview.

    Okay, what is the process?  With a blank screen I click on one of the Iray Render option nothing happens.  I click on 3DL Prop option the clouds appear in normal preview.  So, what am I missing?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IDib6L56EqY this might help. You need to render to see the HDRI. If you have a descent GPU you can view it in the viewport or aux viewport when you set the Draw style to Iray.

    As I said, the iray version is applying an HDRI map in Render Settings so you need to render (with Draw Dome on if you want to see the image as a backdrop, rather than just having it provide light).

    Sorry, not following.  What is the Draw Dome?  It's been several days since I tried it but if I remember correctly when I select the Iray view for the Aux Viewport it goes black, can't see a thing.

    Okay, never mind.  It's working correctly again.  Don't know what happened but it's now working like it should.  Thanks for the help anyway.
