QX Ferin appears ... low poly?

Hey there,

i got Ferin with Teen Jane and she appears quite "edgy", especially when used together with other characters. On the pictures, notice the ears and the elbow (and also, her skin seems more grainy than other characters, but that's another issue). I changed the subdivision level, but that does not seem to do anything. Is there something i overlooked? Her promos did not show something like this.

Did you check that the resolution is not set to Base, which would ignore the level settings?

If the product's character preset is loading like that please report it to Technical Suport as a possible bug.
