Shaping error Genesis 3.

Hello guys! I am not able to apply any Shaping in Genesis 3, does anyone know why?

What kind of problem do you have exactly? You don’t see the dials you expect? They do nothing? You don’t find a character preset in your content library? You tried to apply a character preset and nothing happened? You got an error message?

Genesis is installed correctly, it does not accept external presets.

Are you sure the presets are for Genesis 3 (Male or Female)? Are you sure you have any required characters or morph sets? How did you install the content?

genesis, genesis 2 and 3 are not same.

did you use the right genesis shapes?
while select the character on screen, all shaping show on tab list must be right for use
