Animate2: Color me forgetful

Color me forgetful but I can't find detailed instructions or tutorials describing how keyframes work in AniMate2.
Specifically I have the "Slow Walk In Place" AniBlock from the "Lycan" and I want to spread the legs by about 10 degrees of my Michael4 figure throughout the animation block. I've done this once before, months ago, by fumbling around with the keyframes and sub-tracks, accidentally finding the combination without knowing what I did, but I can't repeat the success. :-(
Is there any documentation that describes in detail how keyframes work in AniMate2 and how they relate to sub-tracks and Studio4Pro (4.6.1.39) keyframes?
I'm soooo... confused! :-(

first bake your aniblock to the timeline
if you have graphmate it is easy to correct the nodes you want by selecting it in the Parameters tab
if you dont have graphmate dont bake
correct your nodes through grapheditor of the aniblock
if you do not succeed ask again and i Show you more detailes

Thank you. I don't know why I never found that User Guide before. Excellently written! This is the way a manual should be written. The descriptions of the buttons (each and every one of them) is not just a useless five word blurb simply echoing the button's title, so common in most "manuals" today. :-( But is a well coordinated paragraph (or more) description of the button's function and hint to the philosophy of it's intended operation. Kudos to the author. :-)
