One of the best movies I have ever seen is : Lawrence of Arabia and that only because of Peter O`Toole and sure, also because of Omar Sharif but Peter O`Tool gave that movie something great.
It is a shame that he never get an Oscar for his acting in one of his movies. For his acting in Lawrence of Arabia he had to get it I think.

Agreed. He held the record for the most acting nominations without a win. The competition was pretty stiff those years:

Yeah, a great loss. His voice was ... mellifulous.
Another great one gone ...........
First movie ever saw him in was Lawrence of Arabia, seen many of his movies since then. It will be a great loss to the entertainment industry.
Same here. May he R.I.P.
Man, we are losing the legends these past few years.
We don't have many great actors of his caliber in this generation. He will be missed.
Also Billy Jack passed away too. Too many good ppls are leaving :(
The acting profession has lost another of its greatest characters.
Excuse my lack of knowledge, but who?

And let's not forget his hilarious role in What's New Pussycat?
On-topic tie-in: The movie poster was done by Frank Frazetta, who needs no introduction around here.
