"dual channel" with memory XMS3, and select Value, is possible?

Hi,
one stick of memory from my 4x8Gb kit is bad, and then my machine is running with only 24GB of ram
My memories are: Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333 MHz (PC3 10666) Desktop
wondered if it is possible to do dual channel with this:
Memória Corsair Valueselect 1 X 8gb Ddr3 1333mhz Pc Desktop

The option to select Value, is because I'm not finding any store here in Brazil Corsair XMS3 selling 8GB (1x8GB) DDR3 1333 MHz (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory,
Note: there are many shops here selling corsair XMS3, but put in dual channel 2x 4GB.
