Built in lessons are missing sections

I was doing a bit of memory refreshing.

Using the Daz Studio built in lessons, usually located near the bottom right of the work window.

Whole sections of the walk thru are missing.

How to place a figure (warrior, iray version)

step one, save before you start

step two, congrats ! that is how it is done.   ????

Not all are missing but MANY sections are effectively blank

QA needs to review and patch, last thing you want for new users is blank lessons...express lane to other folks software.

have a great day :-)

  • My first thought was to suggest you log a ticket with the Help Center.

Then I remembered I logged a ticket more than 3 years ago notifying Daz that a link from within Studio to a lesson video led simply to a '404 Not Found'.  It's still not been addressed.

    Not 'shiny' enough obviously.

Opening a support ticket is definitely what you need to do if you want something to be fixed, a post in the forums usually won’t reach tech support.

Are you sure the ticket actually went through? Is it still open, and was there ever a reply to it?

Which version of Studio are you using? Have you tried to uninstall and re-install?

    ver. latest and greatest

    4.11 I think

uninstal, reinstal not going to happen, too much to resetup the way I like, I just will reference the learning stuff else where

this was more of a FYI so noobs don't get upset when lessons are missing sections

as long as Daz staff was made aware...am good

The way to make Daz aware is to submit a ticket. https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
