Weight Editing (Custom Figure)

I am creating custom assets specifically clothes for Genesis 2 figures and hit a snag. Basically I want to know if there is a way to apply the function "Tool Settings->Node Weight Map Brush->*right click in viewport*->Weight Editing->Fill by Bone Selection Group(s)" only to certain bones. The assets I'm creating are very bone-heavy (100 bones plus) so going through each bone, then making the polygon selection, then using the fill function for all 3 XYZ axes is very time consuming.

(Using the function in reverse is good as well, I just want to know if there is a way to not apply it to certain bones.)
