Rose-torn look alike for men?

I really love the look of this product, especially the arm and body piece.
As an overall male figure user, I'd love to have something like that for my pals, but conformed for men.
Has anyone seen something comparable to this item anywhere that is suited for men?

    Yes I figured it would on Michael :)
    But it's a tat too feminime ;)
    The chestpiece is quite feminime as is the skirt.
    Although that can probably be dialed out, but the torse seems to be one piece?
    Still drooling over the lovely arm ornament/sleeve!
